The Westcott FJ250 2-Light Backpack Kit combines two powerful FJ250 250Ws Touchscreen Strobes with essential accessories for a complete portable lighting setup. Each strobe is powered by a swappable FJ Pro AC/DC battery, providing up to 850 full-power flashes per charge, and the included FJ-X3 M Universal Wireless Trigger features multi-brand compatibility with Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Panasonic Lumix, and Olympus cameras. The kit also includes Rapid Box Switch inserts and a durable backpack to organize and transport your gear with ease.

Performance & Precision

Engineered for extended shooting and motion-freezing clarity, each FJ250 offers 250Ws of power, fast recycling (0.01–1.5 sec), and HSS up to 1/8000 sec. It features a full-color OLED touchscreen, Bowens S-type mount, and a 12W bi-color LED modeling light (2700–6500K). The FJ250 builds on the success of the FJ200, adding user-driven upgrades such as group color indicators, a shared AC/DC battery system with the FJ400 II and FJ800, and expanded compatibility across the 2.4 GHz FJ wireless ecosystem.

The modern touchscreen interface and built-in help guide make operation effortless for photographers of all experience levels. Compact yet powerful, the FJ250 offers a 9-stop power range (0.98–250Ws) in fine 0.1 or 1.0-step increments. Its portable design, reliable battery life, and intuitive controls make it ideal for both studio and on-location work.

Creative Flexibility

Equipped with Creative Mask Mode, photographers can create up to six programmable lighting sequences for dynamic results—perfect for multi-look setups. Both TTL and manual modes are supported, along with front/rear curtain sync and ±3 FEC for precise control.

Reliable Wireless Integration

As part of the FJ 2.4 GHz wireless system, the FJ250 supports 31 channels, 16 groups, and a 328 ft range. It syncs effortlessly with the included FJ-X3 M trigger, FJ80 speedlights, and other FJ strobes. The Westcott StudioLink app enables remote adjustments and advanced features from your smartphone.

Dependable Power System

Each strobe uses a 29.6V 74Wh lithium-ion battery, delivering 850 full-power flashes (1.5-hour charge) with LED charge indicators. The system also supports AC trickle charging for uninterrupted use and is compatible with the optional FJ ProMax battery, offering up to 1,400 full-power flashes.

Mounting & Accessories

Each monolight includes a Bowens mount, tilting bracket, umbrella receptacle, magnetic 5.5" reflector, and a gel set (CTO, ½ CTO, window green, diffusion). The kit also provides Rapid Box Switch inserts and a custom backpack with padded dividers, multiple compartments, and comfortable straps for easy transport.
