Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid for new, non–gray market gear purchased from an authorized retailer (such as Pixel Connection).
  • Must be added at the time of purchase or within Mack’s eligibility window.
  • Coverage applies to the specific item purchased and cannot be transferred to another product.

  • Loss or theft
  • Fire, intentional damage, or cosmetic-only issues
  • Fungus, mold, or long-term moisture exposure
  • Items purchased outside the U.S. warranty channel (gray market)
