The Urth Ethereal Black Mist Lens Filter Plus is designed to soften contrast and create a subtle, film-inspired glow around highlights, helping reduce the overly clinical look of modern digital sensors. It adds a gentle atmospheric and cinematic character to your images while maintaining fine detail and accurate color reproduction. The 1/8-strength filter delivers a restrained diffusion effect, taking the digital edge off sharp lenses with minimal highlight bloom.
Premium Optical Construction
Made from German SCHOTT B270 optical glass, the filter features a 20-layer, dual-sided CoraNano coating for consistent light transmission, excellent color fidelity, and enhanced resistance to water, oil, and scratches. Its slim aluminum frame helps minimize vignetting when used with wide-angle lenses. The double-threaded design allows you to stack additional filters or attach a screw-mount lens cap.
