Product Description

Unlock creative versatility with the Tokina SZ-X 35-70mm f/3.5-4.8 Lens, designed specifically for Canon FD mount cameras. Covering a popular focal range that smoothly transitions from moderate wide-angle at 35mm to a flattering short telephoto portrait perspective at 70mm, this standard manual-focus zoom eliminates the need to constantly switch between prime lenses. It serves as an ideal carry-around optic for street photography, everyday snapshot shooting, landscape framing, and classic portraiture.

Engineered with Tokina's renowned SZ-X design principles, this vintage lens combines solid metal mechanical construction with an amazingly compact, lightweight footprint. Its multi-coated glass elements help minimize flare and ghosting while enhancing color saturation and crisp contrast across the image frame. The smooth, double-touch two-ring control system gives film photographers precise control over focal length and focus adjustment, delivering a tactile, hands-on shooting experience that modern electronic lenses simply cannot match.

Designed to interface natively with classic Canon FD film SLR camera bodies, this lens can also easily be adapted to modern digital mirrorless camera systems using simple, readily available adapters. The variable f/3.5-4.8 maximum aperture allows for efficient light transmission while keeping the outer barrel slender and portable. Whether you are expanding your vintage film camera setup or seeking a character-rich manual zoom for digital hybrid photography, the Tokina SZ-X 35-70mm delivers reliable performance, durable craftsmanship, and exceptional value.
