With enhanced features building on its predecessor, the Sony ZV-E10 II is designed for vloggers, boasting a 26MP APS-C sensor for high-quality imagery and fast performance. This camera aligns with models like the FX30 and a6700. It includes creative shooting modes, a 3-capsule directional microphone, and a 3" articulating LCD touchscreen with vertical orientation and an integrated tally light. Notable upgrades include a 759-point phase detection autofocus system, an AI processing unit, and compatibility with larger-capacity NP-FZ100 batteries.
Vlogging Features
Optimized Camera Design
- The rear 3" 1.04m-dot touchscreen LCD features a flip-out design, making it easy to film yourself or take selfies. The LCD displays a red border when recording and flips to show information vertically for TikTok or Instagram filming.
- A 3-capsule directional microphone is tailored for forward-directional audio recording, ideal for vlogs and interviews. A dedicated windscreen reduces distortion during outdoor filming.
- The camera includes 3.5mm microphone and headphone ports for advanced audio recording. The Multi Interface Shoe supports a digital audio interface for lower noise and eliminates the need for external power with compatible shoe-mounted mics.

Increased Phase Detection
- The 759-point phase detection and AI processing unit improve subject recognition. Real-time Eye AF prioritizes human or animal eyes for sharp portraits. Real-time tracking uses AI algorithms to follow moving subjects, enhanced by Face/Eye Priority AF.
4K Video Recording
- UHD 4K video recording up to 60p with full pixel readout and 5.6K oversampling for detailed footage. Full HD 1080p recording up to 120 fps. Utilizes 600 Mb/s XAVC HS and XAVC S-I formats with 4:2:2 sampling. Features S-Cinetone and S-Log 3 color for better grading control and 14-stop dynamic range. Creative Looks mode applies preset color effects during shooting.
Larger Battery Capacity
The ZV-E10 II features a slightly larger body to accommodate the NP-FZ100 battery, allowing for approximately 610 shots per charge—30% more than the previous model. Power can also be supplied via the USB-C port or an optional power adapter, maintaining portability despite the larger battery.
