UHD 4K Video Recording in XAVC S Format
Capture ultra-detailed 4K video at up to 30 fps, utilizing the full width of the sensor with 8-bit 4:2:0 color sampling and the 100Mbps XAVC S codec. By oversampling from 6K resolution, footage gains remarkable clarity with reduced moiré and aliasing.
For advanced video control, the a6400 supports customizable color and gamma settings, including S-Log2 and S-Log3, which increase dynamic range for greater flexibility in post-production. HLG (Hybrid Log-Gamma) compatibility also ensures high-quality HDR video recording.
