Shipping your film to us?
Select a shipping option at checkout. After you order, we'll email you a shipping label within 24 hours — print it, attach it to a small box or bubble mailer, and send in your camera with the order confirmation.

Dropping off in person?
Select "Pick Up in Avon OH" or "Pick Up in Nashville TN" at checkout, whichever location you'll be visiting. Bring your film to that store.

Note: If you plan to drop off your camera in-store, do not select a shipping option — no label is needed, and choosing it may cause confusion or delay pickup instructions. Likewise, if you're mailing in your camera, don't select an in-store pickup option, since we won't be expecting a physical drop-off.
