Product Description

The Nikon Nikkormat FT is a classic 35mm film single-lens reflex (SLR) camera paired with a NIKKOR-S.C Auto 50mm f/1.4 standard lens. The camera features a durable metal body, manual focus operation, and mechanical shutter controls for hands-on photographic adjustments. Its built-in through-the-lens (TTL) light meter provides exposure readings to assist with setting the correct exposure. The focal-plane shutter offers speeds from 1 second to 1/1000 second, along with a Bulb setting for longer exposures.

The included 50mm NIKKOR-S.C lens features a maximum aperture of f/1.4, allowing a wide range of aperture adjustments and increased light transmission at its widest setting. Its fixed focal length provides a standard perspective, while the manual focus ring and aperture controls allow direct adjustment of focus and depth of field. The camera also includes a reflex viewfinder with a microprism focusing aid, a self-timer, and a hot shoe for compatible flash equipment. Combining traditional mechanical construction with Nikon F-mount lens compatibility, this vintage camera and lens set offers classic film photography controls in a timeless design.
