The LP628 Studio Clamp with Griphead is a combo that can be used to mount a boom arm to virtually any surface. The LP628's multi-purpose clamp will mount any standard male or female 5/8", female 1/4"-20 or female 3/8" threaded accessories. Alone the clamp is made to mount on round surfaces (like tree branches or pipes), and the provided plastic wedge allows attachment to square surfaces (like doors or table surfaces) as well. The LP628's griphead will support a boom arm to mount various accessories. Get your boom arm off the light stand, and mount it anywhere with this versatile piece of grip gear. The griphead is compatible with most standard boom arms.
