The DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 Quadcopter Drone features an integrated aerial imaging system with a 1-inch CMOS sensor capable of capturing 20-megapixel still photographs and recording 4K video at resolutions up to 4096 × 2160. Its camera includes an 8.8mm lens with a 24mm equivalent focal length, an adjustable f/2.8–f/11 aperture, and a mechanical shutter for capturing detailed images with reduced rolling-shutter distortion. The camera supports H.264 and H.265 video encoding, recording footage at bitrates up to 100 Mbps, with supported frame rates reaching 60 fps in 4K resolution using H.264. A three-axis stabilized gimbal helps maintain smooth footage, while the aircraft's forward, rearward, downward vision systems and infrared sensing technology provide obstacle detection and positioning assistance. The drone uses GPS and GLONASS satellite positioning and features DJI's OcuSync video transmission system, which operates on 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands and supports a maximum transmission distance of up to 10 km under FCC conditions in unobstructed, interference-free environments.
