Product Description
The Canon MR-14EX II Macro Ring Lite Flash is purpose-built for close-up photography with compatible Canon macro lenses. Featuring a guide number of 34' at ISO 100 per side, its dual-tube design allows each flash to fire independently or together, delivering a combined guide number of 46' at ISO 100. Integrated white LED focusing lamps and dual modeling light options help you preview lighting effects with precision.
A backlit dot-matrix LCD makes it easy to adjust settings in both bright and low-light environments. The flash offers 12 custom functions and supports wireless E-TTL operation when paired with compatible Speedlite 600EX-RT units. Power options include four AA batteries or an optional CP-E4 battery pack.
The MR-14EX II is compatible with select Canon macro lenses, including the EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro, EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM, EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM, and MP-E 65mm f/2.8 1-5x Macro Photo. When used with the EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, a Macrolite Adapter 67 is required, while the EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM requires the Macrolite Adapter 72C.
