Product Description

The Canon EOS R7 Mirrorless Camera Body sets a high benchmark for enthusiast creators seeking maximum performance in a compact, versatile form factor. Driven by a high-resolution 32.5-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor paired with the powerful DIGIC X image processor, this camera delivers exceptional detail, rich color accuracy, and dynamic range across a wide variety of lighting conditions. The built-in 1.6x crop factor naturally extends the reach of your lenses, making it a dream setup for wildlife, action, and sports photography. Additionally, with advanced 5-axis In-Body Image Stabilization (IBIS) providing up to 8 stops of shake correction depending on the lens used, you can confidently shoot handheld in low light or capture smooth video footage without requiring a heavy tripod.

Speed and intelligent tracking define the operational edge of the EOS R7. Utilizing Canon's Dual Pixel CMOS AF II system derived from higher-end flagship models, the camera offers AI-powered subject detection to instantly acquire and track humans, animals, and vehicles across the frame. To ensure you never miss a fast-moving moment, it supports lightning-fast continuous burst shooting speeds of up to 15 frames per second using the mechanical shutter and up to 30 frames per second with the silent electronic shutter. These rapid burst rates are complemented by deep buffer capacity and dual UHS-II SD card slots, giving hybrid shooters the speed and redundant storage required for demanding high-volume shoots.

Beyond still photography, the EOS R7 functions as a fully equipped multimedia production tool for modern video creators. It records high-quality, oversampled 4K video at up to 60p using the full width of the sensor, as well as Full HD at up to 120p for impressive slow-motion playback. Creators looking to maximize dynamic range during color grading can utilize 10-bit Canon Log 3 and HDR PQ recording options. Designed with flexible physical controls, a weather-sealed body, a fully articulating touchscreen LCD, and seamless compatibility with RF and adapted EF lenses, this camera body provides a complete, scalable foundation for your visual storytelling.
