The redesigned body includes a front-facing record button for quicker operation and a vertical mounting point for social-first content. It supports cropped UHD 4K at 60 fps, along with Slow & Fast modes for creative frame rate control.
Advanced features inspired by Canon’s Cinema EOS lineup include Canon Log 3, HLG, PQ, False Color, Zebras, and multiple recording profiles. Enhanced Dual Pixel CMOS AF II now incorporates subject recognition from higher-end models, including people, animals, and vehicles, along with Register People Priority.
Additional tools like Close-up Demo, Smooth Skin, Movie IS, and built-in color filters simplify content creation, while the multi-function shoe supports 24-bit, four-channel LPCM audio recording with compatible accessories. Four live streaming options—USB (UVC), HDMI, mobile Live Switcher, and Camera Connect—offer flexible ways to connect with your audience.
24.2MP APS-C Sensor & DIGIC X Processor
The combination of a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and DIGIC X processor delivers detailed images with accurate color reproduction. It performs well in varied lighting conditions with an ISO range of 100–32000 (expandable to 51200).
Video capabilities include 6K oversampled UHD 4K at 30p using the full sensor width and Full HD 1080 at 120p for smooth slow motion. For stills, the silent electronic shutter supports continuous shooting up to 15 fps.

Canon HG-200TBR Tripod Grip
