The lens body remains in good condition, showing only minor finish loss on the focus ring ridges and the labels, which is typical for a classic vintage piece of this era. The glass elements currently exhibit a yellow cast—a common characteristic of this specific thorium-glass formulation—which can be easily resolved by exposing the lens to sunlight or UV light. Operationally, the aperture blades function throughout their entire movement range, though they currently show a minor amount of lag when returning to their wide-open position, likely due to aged original lubricants.
