Do I need a firmware update?
Just like your computer or phone, cameras have a lot going on inside them. Oftentimes manufacturers will release updates to either fix a bug, make the camera run smoother, update the performance, or add new features. This also applies to lenses as well.


What do I need to do?
We are able to update firmware on all cameras, and most mirrorless lenses. Unfortunately many older DSLR lenses need to be sent back to the manufacturer, and do not have as many firmware updates. Bring in your (fully charged) camera or lens and we can check the current firmware on your camera, and let you know what the current version is and what it offers.
